I really appreciated the warm welcome with drinks on arrival, and I found the staff to be consistently helpful throughout my stay. I also liked that the suite itself was spacious, even if a bit tired in places. The pool area was a nice feature too, and I enjoyed that it was often quiet and empty, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. I was also pleased with the gym facilities, which were decent, and the complimentary 15 minutes in the sauna or steam room was a thoughtful added touch.

I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The breakfast buffet was cold every day, and with so few guests in the restaurant, I couldn’t understand why a small made-to-order menu wasn’t offered instead. The limited variety and the need to ask for food to be reheated in the microwave made the experience even more underwhelming. The first room I was given had a bathroom door that couldn’t close due to a warped frame, something that seemed like it should have been addressed before my arrival. While the pool was nice, the lack of shade over the sunloungers made it easy to burn, and the step up to the loungers was in need of repair—I even tripped on it. Overall, these details added up and took away from what could have been a much smoother stay.

Seriously What not like in this place ? The best hotel in Accra second to none , and I have tried in the past all of the international names you are accustomed with until i discovered this hidden gem . The best value for money and the Staff is just incredible, the positivity of everyone , care genuinely to everyone request is a bliss . I personally think that Heba from the reception team is the most professional and positive person I have ever seen , we were a group of 6 travelling for business and everyone made the same comment about Heba professionalism , i had the pleasure meeting her in my previous Business trip so I just told them “I told ya” . Thank you for everything and until we meet again “very soon”!

La localisation par rapport à l'aéroport.

Transfert de l'aéroport non effectué. J'ai été littéralement oublié. Il a fallu que j'appelle pour qu'on me dise que le service n'était pas disponible. Accueil glacial malgré cet écueil. Attention aux préautorisations (100$ pour une nuit!). Il ne vous les rendent pas et ne répondent pas aux réclamations. Après 2 mois ils ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé. Disposition de la chambre inappropriée pour un repos tranquille. Le lit est au niveau de la porte d'entrée ; on entend tous les passages au couloir et les ouvertures d'ascenseur. le mobilier est en dégradation. Trop cher pour cette qualité de service.

Sheila my butler made my experience a 10/10. She was very professional and on top of things. Everything I asked her she provided with no problem. Very respectful I wanted to pack my girl up and take her with me. A angel for sure! Promote her ASAP

Wat mij het meest beviel is de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. De dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamers was uitstekend. Onze vlucht vertrok in de avond en er wij kregen een andere kamer als late uitcheck aangeboden. Wij komen zeker terug naar deze accommodatie.

Ik had bij het ontbijt toch meer variatie in fruitsoorten bijvoorbeeld en verse fruitsappen verwacht. Ook broodbeleg was karig (alleen jam en stukjes kaas en eieren). Soms salade. Daarnaast geen mogelijkheid tot lunch. Verder lag er nergens een ijsmachine, dit terwijl het een tropisch warm land is.

From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The hotel staff were amazing, can I give a special shout out to James, who was extremely professional. He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative. But something was drawing me back to Ghana and I must admit my faith has been restored by the Kwarleyz Residence Hotel experience.. I will be definitely recommend in this hotel to people I encounter when I get back to the to. This definitely deserves 5 stars. Well done guys you are amazing.. Darel Richards

Love the location. The suite was quite comfortable. Excellent service from the Reception staff. Jessica, Derek and Alex was really helpful.

The phone in the suite did not work sometimes. Had to keep asking for additional towels. The food was not good. Poor service in the restuarant. Not happy that we were not able use some of the facilities as advertised.

We stayed here after a week in Nigeria. Would we stay again? probably not . Aesthetically on arrival it looks nice but I think it left a lot to be desired. This was my second visit to Ghana 1st time at this apartment style establishment . Breakfast - breakfast buffet was cold every single day. Given the fact that it’s a small hotel and there was a max of 6 people in the restaurant at once , I’m struggling to understand why they don’t just have a small menu made to order. Instead you have to ask for your food to be warmed via micro wave - disappointing . Aside from that the breakfast was Limited in variety. On a positive there were drinks on arrival and the staff were helpful The initial room we were given the bathroom door couldn’t close , they sent someone to ‘fix it’ but it was because the whole door frame was warped. I can’t see them not knowing this was the case prior to our arrival. The suite is spacious but I think could do with abit of renovations it definitely looks abit tired in places The pool is nice and often empty. The Sunloungers by the pool need a shade to cover you . Else you may just burn . The step up to the sunloungers needed repair I tripped on it but avoided injury. The gym is decent and they offer a free 15 mins in the sauna or steam. It was a pleasant stay but I think I would prefer to pay abit extra to stay in movenpick or kempinski. As the attention to detail is there and a much better breakfast. Or if I want just an apartment I would try a different option.
