The hotel has a great location and an amazing terrace, which were definitely highlights of my stay.

It is a basic service, you can not even charge a bottle of water to your room’s bill. I had a negative experience with the cleanliness of the room. The floor had not been cleaned before check-in. I informed the staff and went out for dinner, expecting it to be resolved while I was away. When I returned, the situation was still the same. I had to wait outside the room while the cleaning was finally done. What was disappointing is that the hotel did not offer to change my room or provide any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. After this experience, I didn’t feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned overall, although I did not notice any additional specific issues.
