"Great place to stay for convenient location, great breakfast/restaurant, and helpful staff."

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Fitness center was open for early morning hours. Hotel is located conveniently in Poblado area.

Pool area hours are limited and was closed most hours when we were at the hotel.

el desayuno estuvo bueno y fue el unico lugar donde el personal atendio bien.

la atencion general del personal de cocina para la la habitacion muy mala, segundo que yo pague para 5 noches y solo me dieron 2 botellas de agua para una familia de 3 personas. supuestamente esto era un hotel de alto target, tercero nunca me cambiaron las sabanas en los 5 noches y eso que solicite que lo hicieran
