前檯服務非常好👍 窗外的view超棒 床鋪軟硬適中 飯店整體感覺與體驗都很好 唯一美中不足的是早餐… 收費並不便宜但CP值相當低 沒有供應整顆水煮雞蛋 沒有供應魚、牛、雞的原肉，只有培根、熱狗！ 沒有供應歐式雜糧麵包，只有一般的很普通的土司、小餐包、小可頌… 青菜沙拉只有一樣生菜，一般通常必需有三、四樣生菜。

옆방에 애기가 있어 새벽에 자주 깨서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 애기 잘못이 아니라 그만큼 벽간 소음이 심하게 들립니다 수압도 약합니다 익산에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라 갔는데 너무나도 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장 운영도 안한다는 것을 안내 못 받았습니다 안타깝습니다

체크인시 남성직원분 투숙객과 아이컨택하심서 설명을 좀 해주세요. 시선은 딴곳으로 ㅜㅜ 화장실 문이 손가락 끼임사고 문제(사전에 안내받았으나) 샤워실 문이 좀 위험해 보입니다.(덜컹 & 꽝)

너무 더워서 트윈룸에 창가쪽에 전혀 바람이 안오는 구조예요 더블침대가 너무작고 흔들려서 성인 2명이 자기엔 불편해요 욕실사용문이 옷장 냉장고 거울 사용문이 같아서 너무 불편한 구조예요
