숙소 입불에서는 먼지가 나고 천정형 에어컨에는 곰팡이가 껴있는등 전체적으로 청결함음 의심 했습니다. 직원들의 친절은 만족함니다.

깨끗하고 안락합니다.^^~

전반전으로 좋았으나. 다른 지역의 웨스턴라이프 호텔을 본다면 샤워가운이 없어서 아쉬웠고요, 제가 갔던곳은 객실당 두개씩은 있던걸로 기억을 했습니다. 또, 위치 자체가 그런것이어서 어떻게 하지는 못하지만 건물안에 편의점이 없었어서 아쉬웠던것 같습니다. 그리고 객실에 나와 통로를 지나가다 보면 방음이 안되서 모르는 상대의 객실을 지나갈때에 통화소리가 대부분 들린다는게 좀 단점이라고도 할 수 있겠습니다. 그 외 에는 만족했던것같아요. 그저 태풍과 겹쳐서 창문을 못 열어본게 아쉽기는 합니다ㅎ

만족한 투숙이었습니다. 다음엔 가족여행으로 가고싶어요.

The place was fancy and modern. The staff were formal and kind. The room was spacious and clean. I really don't know what else to say, it's a top of the line hotel experience for quite a good value.

The AC could have been a little stronger, but that's my personal preference as I like it very very cold (18C).

Very chique hotel with a very nice view and a delicious breakfast.

I think the price-quality ratio is off. We've stayed in way better hotels at a lower price point at better locations. Also there was an extra charge for using the swimming pool.

Overall - Pretty Good Breakfast - No breakfast unless they get certain percentage of rooms First floor cafe - Open up at 9am (No way to have a breakfast at the hotel if your doing business trip)

청결하고, 서비스가 좋았습니다.

The hotel is the best hotel in Iksan. Their standard and hospitality are the best. The food and the cafe are perfect. The location of the hotel is near a convenience store, restaurants, and a small park that provide exercise tools. Wondering to explore Iksan once again and stay in here again.

Unfortunately, because of the small number of guests, some facilities are closed. It is a bit disappointing for me because I was expecting I can enjoy swimming with my kids there. Also, the air condition is operated central the whole building, the heater was set up around ~30 degrees which makes my room very hot. I opened the window but still like a sauna inside the room. But it is okay, the food is excellent, and the neighborhood is also very welcoming to kids.
