Fabulous from start to finish. Eleanor has thought of everything. Rooms clean and airy, lovely views of gardens. Breakfast was excellent, good quality produce. Went out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommend

Fabulous location and property. The rooms and lounge are outstanding. Owners were most helpful and welcoming. This is the place to stay if you're visiting the Borders region.

A true gem of a find. The

We stayed here just one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is in beautiful setting by the River Tweed, it is elegant and quirky, the family are wonderful, very hospitable and accommodating, the king sized bed very comfortable and the room has wonderful views down to the landscaped garden- the gardens were quite stunning even in the damp weather. Room absolutely quiet at night, excellent power shower in bathroom. Such thoughtful touches such as great selection of herbal teas, linen napkins, pretty teacups and saucers, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Even the dogs and cat which stayed down near the kitchen or outside were so friendly. One of the best Bnb’s we have stayed in.

Great property with a character in a historic ancient house and gardens. Newly renovated, nicely furnished rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful dining and sitting rooms. Excellent breakfast. We truly fell in love with this place and the owners! If you want a quaint lovely spot to get away from it all, this is your place! Getting there could be tricky, as there is only one tiny road leading to the house. Your GPS may not quite work out there, so call in advance to get directions.

Brilliant B&B. The room was spacious and comfortable and the surroundings are spectacular. The breakfast was all you could ask for and the service was great. Will definitely be back when we are next in the boarders.

Friendly and efficient check in. Lovely, well appointed room with quality everywhere. Breakfast made to order was scrumptious. Grounds immaculate and walks along riverbank make this a little out of the way haven. Follow Eleanor's instructions and you will have no problem finding the place. I was remiss in this and eventually paid heed to what was written.

Beautiful house and very welcoming family. Such a tasty breakfast! Love staying here. Takes me 18 minutes to get into central Galashiles from this location so good if you have business in the area.
