Location is good. AC works well

Bathroom drainage was bad. So the bathroom was kind of flooded. Bed were so hard. Bathroom was small. Small cockroaches in the bathroom..

just water not leaving the shower floor this needs to be sorted as soon as possible and eating the wood already

Staff is super professional and helpful. They don't charge for the shuttle, which is so great. The last day I was late for my flight and the driver did a great job reaching the airport on time. The receptionist are great, and everyone is very attentive to your needs. The good things of such neighbourhood are that you have everything around, shops, restaurants, bars etc. but them you can hear was is going on outside.

The area is very lively, and there is lots of noise coming from outside. The shower drainage was not optimal. After you showerd, there is a lot of water floating around.

The location is very convenient for tours to pick the clients and leave the city without entering into the traffic jams. Also, I liked a lot that the hotel picks you from the airport at no cost, that is very good.

The first time I stayed here, the food was good. The second time, the food was terrible... seems that it was left overs from the previous days. Also, internet is quite bad, and didnt work at all in the room, I had to use it from the elevator in the corridor.
