Relatively quiet area, not far from shopping malls. Big room air conditioning worked although not powerful enough to make it cool. Secure parking available for free. Remotely controlled gate, free WiFi, though not 5G.

No breakfast or milkoffered. The address is not what comes up on clicking the booking site link. The chairs provided were uncomfortable especially after an hour. The bed was old. There was no furniture to put food items & no place for clothes or bathroom items. There is no shower curtain, making it tough to bath. The tub was too deep presenting a challenge for my bad shoulder. I experienced a leak, which wasn't repaired. Payment in cash was really inconvenient. The hostess seemed unwelcoming because she didn't relate to check if she could do more to make our 5 night stay better. The rooms are offered at the same rate yet only one is really worth paying that much for.
