The staff were incredible, so friendly! Even offered us coffee to go when we checked out. Very very comfortable bed – we slept so well and the black out blinds were so great. Beautiful mountain view and convenient location! Breakfast was worth the price, nice diversity of options. Great hot shower and unexpectedly large room.

המיקום מעולה. הצוות היה מעל ומעבר. כל הזמן חייכו עזרו לנו בהכל. שאלו כל הזמן אם צריך משהו. הזמינו אותנו לקפה מיד עם הצק אין ולפני יציאה לטיול בבוקר הציעו שניקח מה שרוצים מהבופה של ארוחת הבוקר. ארוחת בקר טובה מאוד. יש מסעדה טובה במלון.

We have been allocated to a room (rather a suite since one living room + one bed room) with a balcony, facing the river and mountain on top of which there is the famous monastary. The hotel is the center of the village, with very good breakfast. What we apreciate the most is the girl with long straight hair working at the reception (but also in the restaurant during breakfast time) who has been extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you very much. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We had someone immediately offer to help us with our luggage. Our room was on the third floor and there is no lift. Our room was in the rear of the hotel and had a great view of the mountains and river from the balcony. It was also very quiet because it was away from the busy road. Breakfast was outstanding!
