Cleanliness was best part but if you can arrange dinner and lunch as well it will become entire package.

No dinner or lunch arrangement

The rooms were clean. The staff is good to talk to especially the front desk ladies. Breakfast was tasty. Hot water during winter is important and so it was available. Bedsheets were clean.

I think based on the booking with 3 poeple in a room they should have ideally ensured that 3 bath towels and toileteries are kept rather than having to ask for it. Tea and Coffee takes a long time to get after order. Car cleaning was half done and only 2 out of 3 cars were cleaned. One incident where we asked for something the person on the front desk asked me to go on the 3 floor and let the oyher person know. Guest should have to do it. He was just looking at the cctv and letting me know talk to the person on the 3 floot and he would help you. Breakfast while tasty we had to wait for additional puri and tea coffee longer than expected. Small thing but can be looked into to better the customer experience. Shower faucets should be checked as the flow of water through them is low and slow.

Limited options- but nice home-cooked feel to the meals.

More breakfast options would be better.Couple of times lift didn't work ( due to electricity outages)
