"HORRIBLE"

IT WAS SO BAD WE STAYED ONE NIGHT. THE ROOM SMELLED DUSTY OR MOLDLY I DON'T KNOW WHICH. THE CARPET HAD WET SPOTS. MY HUSBAND THOUGHT THE A/C MIGHT HAVE BEEN LEAKING. THE SHOWER KNOB WAS BROKEN AND IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A WARM SHOWER. THE HOTEL WAS NOTHING LIKE THE REVIEWS WHICH LEADS ME TO SUSPECT THE REVIEWS. WE WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN.

Phenomenally modern and clean rooms - just minutes away from San Francisco and conveniently located near the the South San Francisco BART station. You won't find a better place of lodging in all of South San Francisco! Highly recommended! 9/10

The property is old but well maintained and newly renovated. Everything is in great condition and I find the eclectic decorations charming. The massage chair was such a welcomed and unexpected surprise
