The staff went above and beyond when we were stranded in the early hours of the morning from a poor Airbnb experience. They took us out of the cold, gave us blankets and ensured once our room was ready we were straight in

It was close to the train station.

The ventilation system was awful. It was too noisy and brought the grease smell from the kitchen into the room. Although I requested the staff not to turn it on, they did it again in the very early morning. I woke with a disturbing noise and smell. Upon the complaint, the staff told me that they had nothing to do it about it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience! Me

Location and atmosphere.

The bathroom in the room had a few ants and sometimes there was some smells from the drainage system.

The best hotel, they accept my reservation at 1AM, the room was big am comfortable, the breakfast was good and we had a lot of options to choose from, we also tried the spa and was awesome.

Location was perfect, as I needed something close to the train station. The room was big and clean, with very cozy pillows and a really nice balcony. They were able to accommodate my early check-in and check-out times.
