Please note that use of the tennis courts and loungers incurs an extra charge. Please note that both studios and apartments are located in 3 different buildings, all in the same complex. Towels are changed twice per week. Apartments are cleaned, including a change of bed linen and towels, every 7 days. Please note to access the pool the owner will provide a card and there is a damage deposit of 10€. The check out day, the damage deposit will be refund. Please note, the damage deposit will not be refund if some card is lost. Please there is an extra fee for Loungers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Tegenvallend oud incompleet kan tegenwoordig eigenlijk niet en te duur"

De ligging van het appartement, uitzicht ( 10 hoog zuid west ) de bedden zelf waren oké

Sommige appartementen in Nuclio Christal zijn gerenoveerd. Dit appartement was niet gerenoveerd, gaten in de tegelvloer, een gat in het kopstuk van het bed, geen afwas/wasmachine, bestek, pannen en glazen plat gezegd van alles wat maar een oude zooi. Het hele verhaal is rijp voor een financiële claim.

Lekker dichtbij alles , heel mooi uitzicht en alles aanwezig

Locatie!!! Dichtbij het strand en de boulevard met eettentjes en winkeltjes.

Het app is niet zoals de foto's je laat blijken. Bedden zijn goed, airco doet het goed, koelkast en evt een eitje bakken gaat allemaal prima. Maar de douche is er 1 met gebruiksaanwijzingen dan weer koud, dan weer warm enz enz...Het was ook vuil, vooral glazen en bestek . Zoals vele mensen al eerder schreven handdoeken maar 1 keer, wij hebben ze dan nog een 2e keer gekregen na een discussie met eigenaar. Omdat ze niet kon schoonmaken bij ons omdat we nog niet klaar waren om weg te gaan hadden we gevraagd of ze kon ruilen met een ander app,, maar dat kan dus blijkbaar niet want ze werkt haar lijstje af en daar kan niets in veranderd worden.. duhhhhh Discussie gestopt met eigenaar want daar valt niet mee te praten. Aparte man die zijn afspraken niet na komt en probeert overal extra aan te verdienen. Ondanks dat allemaal goede vakantie gehad dus aan jullie zelf de keus om dit app dan toch te kiezen. Bed, airco, locatie top!!!!

de locatie is top! boulevard/strand/winkelstraat dichtbij. super fijn groot zwembad

duidelijkheid over de sleutels ophalen. tevens zouden wij halverwege nieuwe handdoeken krijgen maar helaas was dit niet gebeurd, net tegelijkertijd met de receptie die vanaf vrijdag 12.30u gesloten was tm maandag dus daardoor 3 dagen geen handdoeken gehad.
