The Apt @Hacienda Rancho Santini

I booked online only to receive a call shortly after that the room was not available because she had just booked it over the phone, and forgot to block it out in the system. Proceeded to tell me she had another great room, the green apple room, which cost less... because it didn't have any of the amenities I was looking for hence why I had originally booked an apartment suite originally. Instead of just cancelling the reservation on her end, she proceeded to blow up my phone and pressure me to come stay there in this other suite she had. Made statements saying it was on booking.coms end. It wound up being a situation where she was going to mark me as a no show and charge me anyway because I didn't come stay at this other room she had and decided I needed to pay for because I had made a reservation there she did not honor. I found somewhere else to stay but had been talking to her and booking about her not cancelling the reservation on her end and I was concerned my card was going to be charged 400 something dollars, I think it was. I stayed somewhere else on the beach because I was luckily able to find a place last minute due to her not honoring the reservation and giving it to someone else. Because I did not take the room she insisted on, she literally tried to mark me as a no show on the reservation after pretending like there was no way for her to cancel the reservation on her end. This ended up taking hours and was significantly stressful, and the audacity to act like she couldnt cancel the reservation on her end unless she 'moved me to another room there' but was sure able to mark me as a no show and try to charge my card on her end was extraordinarily audacious and out right intentional coercion. Fortunately, I did the majority of the to talking back and forth with her through the booking app.

There were a lot of local bugs inside of the suite.
