Canary Bungalow

The service and facilities are great. The restaurant is also very convenient and serves good food. Great prices as well. The owner is lovely.

The owner/place has a partnership with a motorbike rental. I DO NOT recommend using them. The bikes are quite old and poorly maintained. The helmet was super old and fell off while driving, causing an accident. When reported they didn't seem to care at all. Support the owner but not the bike rental.

Canary Bungalow is located close to a nice beach, there are plenty shops and restaurants in the street nearby. Room is basic but good and clean. Canary has it own restaurant and every night it was full, even with people waiting. It's because the restaurant has amazing food, try the red snapper! Tuyen and Dan really made our stay fabolous. Don't forget to visit the night market, the Phu Quoc Prison and do a snorkling trip

Fridge in the room didn't work, but have seen that in more stays in Vietnam.

Nice quiet basic room with no frills. Good-value for Phu Quoc and well located for Long Beach (3-minute walk). Staff very friendly and helpful. I had an 8.30pm flight on the last of my 5 nights and the owner even let me keep my room until 6 so I could shower after a whole day at the beach. The attached restsurant does tasty and very good-value Vietnamese staples.

Loved every minute of my stay here. It’s in the perfect location to everything and footsteps from an amazing beach as well as the sunset Beach bar which does great cocktails as you watch the sunset. My bungalow was super clean and was cleaned every day as well as a nice touch of leaving complimentary bottled water each day to put in the mini fridge. The premises also has one of the best local restaurants which serves food up until 10pm which was a dream for those days when I needed a quick bite after being out all day. Also no need to worry about what time breakfast finishes as you can get up at your leisure and just order your food in the restaurant. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and want to give a special mention to Tuyen the owner and Dan for making me so welcome.

The lady boss (Tuyen) was very friendly and accommodating. She helped us arranged for taxi transport to her place and ensured that we were well taken off. Location is great with few mins walk to beach and bus stop for shuttle to Grand World/Safari/VinWonder. Tuyen also provides laundry services and operates a restaurant within the resort. With a 4.8 star rating on goggle map, it's not surprising that the restaurant is always crowded! Overall my family had a great stay in the Canary!

Mosquitoes but well they are everywhere in Phu Quoc!
