The location was excellent!

Nice spacious apartment. Very good facilities...heating, kitchen, bedrooms all well equipped and presented. Private balcony was a bonus. Great location for town and situated next to the Royal Crescent.

radiator in bedroom was not working, parking was only for small/medium cars but not told untill booking was completed,

Location was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The garage was a real bonus. We have a BMW 5-Series estate so it was fun getting in, but we managed :o) The apartment is so beautifully light and airy, and the bed was very comfy. Loved the plants and occasional lighting. And the bathroom with the bath - didn't have time to use it, but it was superb. We would definitely stay here again.

If six people stayed there wouldn't be enough easy seating for everyone, so not the most comfortable for all. We couldn't get the shower to cool down. It was VERY hot. Too hot for a child for sure. Wonder if the control is stuck? The radiators in the smaller bedroom didn't get hot. Wondered if they need bleeding? We didn't realise the garage door opened onto the narrow pavement - I could have knocked someone into the road. Maybe add something into the instructions - check the pavement before pressing the button to open the garage? None of the above spoiled our stay.

Great location and a spacious, clean flat. The garage was useful too. The agents were helpful and very responsive when we had a problem with the dishwasher.

Although the flat itself was clean, it was in need of some general maintenance. The doors and skirtings were badly scuffed, and the communal entrance area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (leafs/debris and cobwebs everywhere). The bedding and towels looked like they'd seen better days (although they were clean).

Beds in both rooms were uncomfortable & my daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa bed.
