Pool a bit durty.

Staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful! People are right, the pool is fine, more for sticking feet into, or at least, I didn’t see anyone go in. WiFi worked well, there was a problem with hot water at one point but they fixed it while I was there. Top bunks could use some curtains in one of the rooms, but they have them in most others. It’s in a nice location that’s a little away from the main area but has lots of cute cafes to walk to in 3-4 minutes, and the river food market is 6 minutes away. Was never particularly social while I was there, unfortunately.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff very accommodating. Also genuinely happy, friendly n welcoming. A.C worked well, WiFi never dropped out. Slept well, mattress comfortable, curtains for privacy, dorm room enough space for guests and luggage. Cute pool size, n undercover too, very cool water temperatures throughout the day. Lounge social area is really comfortable n relaxing, n it's an open indoor and outdoor area sharing space with reception and coffee/bar area. Nothing pretentious about this place just a good balance between local style and simple western comfort. The manager is also the owner. He is approachable n is genuinely interested in knowing your experience as a guest here. Honestly, I wish there were more hostels like this one throughout Cambodia.

I prefer being closer to the city center, and on the same side as the city center too. Just a personal preference. Also not enough bathrooms on my floor, but I liked that the toilet was separate to the shower unit.

Everything was perfect and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel to everybody planning to visit Siem Reap.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! Especially Darling who gave me a lot of information about tours and activities/bike rental. My room was really large and cosy too!

The placement of the pool was a bit odd since it was in the lobby, I might have used it if it wasn't surrounded by so many people! Also, I put the sign on the door as requested for cleaning but my room wasn't cleaned that day.

The people runnig the place are really welcoming and kind, very well located since about 5 minutes walking from the riverfront and very clean hostel. The dorms are big enough and the beds very confortable. And also got some of my best Jam session while I was staying there, so that is always a plus.

Not anything I can think of

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. It’s clean and confortable. The wifi works well for remote workers (video calls as well). They provide free water which seems to not always be the case in Cambodia. Dorm and private rooms approved and very recommended :)
