Les terrasses pas très bien nettoyer

Eigenlijk was alles helemaal top, prachtig ingericht, heel schoon en compleet. Lekker zwembad en jacuzzi met prachtig uitzicht. En als er iets is dan wordt dat meteen geregeld. Perfect!

Eigenlijk niets, kleine tip, de zon staat precies in de tuin misschien nog iets groter scherm voor schaduw.

Mansion Alba is a two-floor two apartment countryside house with shared lounge area, lovely idea. The host is really kind, communicative, flexible and helpful, not to mention the lady awaiting us. Our apartment was indeed spacious with nice bathrooms, included parking space under the olive trees is a huge advantage. Despite we had a lot of paperwork to do upon our arrival (signing a multiple page contract, not to mention in Spanish, was a little surprising) and a huge amount of deposit to hand over, everything was incredibly smooth upon our check-out.

The apartment was on the ground floor, hence a little bit dark in the kitchen - living room area during afternoons and could be chilly too. Nevertheless, the ACs were great help to heat up the rooms quickly. We didn't spend much time there, but as the pool and the jacuzzi weren't the cleanest, we left them untouched in the end. Our last accommodation in Andalucia on our road trip and lamentably the poorest welcome package (not even 1-2 bottle cold water in the fridge).

The location and the surrounding was really relaxing. It had all the facilities for an enjoyable holiday.

Unfortunately, in this period it was too hot for more sight seeing activities.

The accommodation was clean and well appointed. Furnishings were modern and new. Wifi was excellent.

Headline 1. This is a shared facility do you do not have the holiday home to yourself. 2. There is a 300 EUR CASH deposit which you have to pay on arrival. It is important to note that this is an apartment, not a villa. It is the first floor of a house and comprises an open kitchen/ living room and three double bedrooms. There is another apartment on the ground floor. This arrangement means that both pool and hot tub are shared facilities.The headline description on the website, does not make this clear and repeatedly uses the term "holiday home" which implied to us that we would have the facility to ourselves. The detail that this is a shared accommodation and the cash deposit are under the "Fine Print" section which I'd recommend you check on all properties on Booking.Com after this experience.

The apartment was new and comfortable, furnished in a modern style, the rooms are clean and spacious. Two bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. In the kitchen there were silverware and kitchen dishes available except for a pot to boil water for tea. The pool was clean and comfortable with the sunbeds available. The host was super responsive and helpful.

In the house there are 2 apartments which can be rented independently meaning shared pool and recreational area around the house, which was not stated directly in a house description. I had believed we were renting a whole house which turned out not to be the case, and there were a second family occupying the apartment on the ground floor as well. None of the fresh food or drinks was offered by the host, even a bottle of water. This is not a must, but a common practise among the hosts. Assuming that we drove all night to the house and reached it at 7 am, it would be nice to be welcomed at least with the bottle of water. There was far too much chlorine in the jacuzzi and a bit too much in the pool (kids got skin allergy after intensive bathing all day long).
