GBThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When I checked in, the bathroom was completely unusable and the room was filled with a strong sewage smell. I reported it immediately, but the hotel did not change my room, offer help, or even apologize. I was forced to stay overnight in these unhygienic conditions. On 30 November 2026, I had no choice but to check out at 17:00 because the smell and the environment were unbearable. The hotel offered no compensation, no support, and showed no responsibility toward guests. I felt disappointed, unprotected, and completely ignored. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I only gave it a one rating as zero is not possible. Bed sheets had marks all over them, bed had springs coming through it, the bed was not even attached to the headboard. Paper thin pillow, room door didn’t shut properly. WiFi didn’t work at all. Lift was broken. Plug sockets in the room didn’t work. The place should be renovated or shut down. It’s criminal to charge people even £1 to sleep here
