GBThe room was stunning and the bed was the comfiest we have stayed in - even for my partner who has two slipped discs in his back! The location was a two minute walk from the old town so you’re out of the way of the madness but still so close to everything. The housekeeper (we didn’t catch her name, sorry!) was absolutely lovely and checked that everything was ok every morning. She also cleaned and provided fresh towels every day which we haven’t experienced in an apartment accommodation before. We also didn’t expect there to be 5 apartments within the apartment but it works well and you don’t hear other guests in their rooms! It was great having codes to enter the building and apartment/room instead of keys.
As much as everything was lovely, there were so many switches for the lights in the room it was a tad difficult to find the right combination for what you needed. Same for the shower, there were 4 jets from the wall and one huge shower head in the ceiling but it was not easy trying to figure out how to get each of them on and off. And as discussed with the housekeeper, the boiler is quite small for the room so you don’t get much heat through the water for very long and shower slightly lacks pressure.
