The location felt safe and was conveniently close to everything. The hotel had an elevator, which was appreciated. They were able to accommodate our request for a king bed, and it was very comfortable. Both the hotel and the room were quiet throughout our stay. The front desk was consistently staffed and generally very helpful, with the exception of one employee who was rude and unprofessional. The room was spacious enough for our needs, and the water pressure was excellent. The optional paid breakfast was a nice added perk. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping the room clean.

Our room received full sun from two sides, making it uncomfortably hot during our stay in May. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to control the air conditioning. When I asked about it, I was told somewhat curtly that they “do not run AC yet.” I understand this may be company policy and possibly outside the staff’s control, but for the price we paid per night, I expected to be able to use the air conditioning and sleep comfortably. It would make more sense to base AC availability on the actual temperature rather than a set calendar date. Additionally, the bedside lamps did not work, although it appeared they may have been in the process of upgrading the light switches. This was a minor inconvenience and not a major issue.

Too expensive for what we got in terms of breakfast, space in the room. The bed lights were not working. They didn't even give the free bottle of water like all the hotels
