kreeg niet de kans om hier iets van te vinden door een dubbele boeking...

de B&B hadden een dubbele boeking gedaan zodat ik op zoek moest naar een andere plek. Daar hebben ze wel mee geholpen, maar de andere plek lag veel te ver weg van waar ik moest zijn, en is daardoor ook niet doorgegaan. Ik heb zelf een andere locatie kunnen regelen met behulp van vrienden. Ik wacht nog wel op de volledige terugbetaling van de overnachting bij de Oude Pastorrie, wat al vooruitbetaald was. Hopenlijk komt dat z.s.m.

It is a bed and breakfast without breakfast, and there is no kitchen. The room we were in was outdated, with the heating broken. It was not at all as advertised, the photos showed a cute establishment. This was not what we found. On top receiving support from Booking turned out as vert difficult. Save yourself a disappointment and book somewhere else.

Great location and property. Unfortunately not cared for properly as main staff/owner were not reachable.

Reachability of owners to ask questions on the ground of missing items and accessing the flat

This was a beautiful place to stay with a group of 8, full facilities with a kitchen and shared bathrooms. Comfortable beds. It is right across a church so you will hear the bells every hour. The place itself was physically very nice but the service and extra costs we incurred not worth it to rent this place next time.

Communication was extremely slow and unclear at times. The description says that there is a continental breakfast but we were made aware that this wasn’t available when booking the whole property. This doesnt make sense because the price person is still the same. We were also asked a rent for using the towels which we didnt have to pay because of the breakfast unclarity but I still found it odd to be asked to begin with especially for the price of 100 eur per person per night. Also, even though we booked on this website, we were asked to give a 300 eur deposit which is quite high for a 800 eur booking. I had to keep reminding our contact about this and was able to get it back after 5 days.
