Rincon Boricua Apartments

Realmente iba solo en la noche a dormir, llegaba tarde y me iba temprano.

Location was great and communication with the property mgr. was prompt when I reached out.

The description of the property was misleading. The air conditioning was solely in the bedroom. The twin bed was located inside a small walk-in closet with no ventilation or space for personal items aka suitcases. We ended up moving the mattress to the bedroom floor, so both parties had air conditioning. The futon is worn and there were no additional bedding sheets/pillows for it to be of use. The property works for a couple, but not for individuals who aren't expecting to sleep in the same bed.

We always stay here when we travel to Rincón.

Our stay at Boricua Apartments was lovely. The location is a quick walk to the beach, is close to the center of town, and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. I fully recommend staying here.
