Rincon Boricua Apartments

Location was good, near a grocery store and a couple restaurants and an outdoor food truck area. Also near a snorkel rental shop which we used! Bed very comfy, AC worked well in master bedroom. Small additional bedroom was a bit hot but had fan. Nice balcony. Food in the restaurant downstairs is cheap - I only ate one lunch there, it was fine. BEST PART - we walked to the beach, it was a very quiet beach in the morning, beautiful!

Mosquitos got me, a lot, since we left the balcony door open (but they didn't bite my friend...). But they didn't go in the air conditioned bedroom so sleeping was fine!

Has everything necessary to spend the night. Location is adequate. The TV has some good channels on it.

Sheets, the matress, the fans could use some improvement. Parking is very dark. Has an induction cooktop but no pots designed for it. The A/C BTU capacity is undersized for the room.

Bedrooms were very comfortable, very spacious.

There should be another air conditioner, especially near living room/kitchen. Refrigerator was too small, not enough space to put things for 2-5 persons.

Estuvo bien, pudo estar mejor .. la cortina del baño estaba rota, donde pones el jabón en la ducha estaba roto, el palo de las cortinas estaba doblado, necesita mas mantenimiento, y mejorar el servicio al cliente. .. Es una buena ubicación.

Nothing , place was dirty, ugly, more like a cheep motel. Very disappointed.

Cleanliness could have been better. Beds smelled like someone slept on them
