ReadySet Apartments at City Tower

Great place for a long stay, loads of cupboard spaces and fully functioning.

The blinds - blockout ones would be good in the lounge and the bedroom. The couch, and cushions needed a clean. The pool area didnt really feel very clean

Over all condition of apartment. Cleanliness of bathroom, Sofa dirty, no blankets. Minimal crockery etc. blinds on windows broken.

The pool had no shallow end so i cldnt get in the pool with my 2 little ones on my own as my 6 year old couldnt touch at all

Our apartment was dirty - some linen was obviously not clean, hair on pillows and in bed. Bathroom was also dirty and dishes in kitchen needed washing before use. The amount of emails/sms/whatsapp/phone calls I received was ridiculous- we would have received over 20 in total leading up to & during stay. Totally unnecessary for a 3 night booking. It was a busy weekend in Melbourne, but this was not cheap & we would at least have expected it to be clean.

Great location. Walking distance to CBD, south Melbourne and around the corner from Crown

Very convenient to conference centre MCEC. Good facilities for a week long business stay including washing machine & tumble dryer. Comfortable bed & decent shower. Big stuff was good - but small stuff let them down. Car parking available if needed, also pay-to-park outside. Broken chairs replaced within hours, sadly old ones not removed. Responsive to messages by What's Ap - but promised crockery didn't appear.

Deposit had to paid outside of Booking com - not made clear on booking. Lots of broken gear in apartment. Insufficient crockery for 2 people. Only 1 spoon, 1 bowl. Broken cooker extractor, TV remote. Very stained sofa.

NO Cleaning - this was so poor - Bathroom shower was filthy YUK we used it only in jandles /thongs / flipflops - kitchen cupboards all dirty marks fingerprints & the room doors too - The Duvet we actually took it off the bed and just used the sheets as no cover on it and no sheet between you and it YUK and stained YUK - was cold at nights due to this. Rediculas how they thought leaving & writing in their book that only a small amount of anything would be there to use on arrival was OK - the handwash in bathroom had about 2mm in it , it didnt even work up through the pump - a hoover was left out in the lounge area - as if that had been used ha ha - HONESTLY SO POOR WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED Wouldn't stop here again or use the hosting company due to the disappointment in cleaning .
