Great property close to the main strip. The host was very helpful.

Administrator Matina was always nice, helpful and professional. She would help even late, after 22:00. Location is good - you have everything you need in a short walking distance. The kitchen is fully prepared for you if you want to cook. They prepared a baby crib for our son. But maybe for a kid of age 1-3 it’s a bit wrong choice because the apartment has this design, that for an active kid like ours he could easily get on top on the table, for example. Many corners and places he would hurn himself and the sockets are allocated really low, that I saw him few tile trying to put fingers inside. Really need to watch after a kid every second 😅 You can use washing machine downstairs with 7-8 eur/ wash. We could not hear other apartments.

We had problems with AC for two nights. But than Matina moved us to another room and there was all good with AC. But things like that can always happen in any place - technics are braking, it’s normal.

This apartment was so lovely. I had stayed in 4 different hotels in Agia Marina and this was my favorite. The price was great, the room was spacious, clean and modern, with great lighting. The shower was incredible and the bed was so soft and comfortable, even the linen felt amazing. The couch was a nice place to chill. Good location just one street over from the beach and all the main shops. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Well positioned, new and spacy apartment

- The apartment was not so well cleaned when we entered. We stayed 4 days and there was no cleaning service (for 4 days!), bearing in mind that in the Greek islands you are not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet and need to throw it in a bin, which was not changed for FOUR DAYS. Disgusting and, frankly, very anti hygienic. - The shower did not drain properly and would flood the apartment every time. - The first night, it was very bad weather and the water temperature in the shower was cold. The next day, after we asked, we were told that there was an alternative hot water source, that could be activated. It would have been a nice information to proactively give out, seeing that the weather was too bad for solar energy.

Fantastic studio apartment, less than 100m from a taverna, and around 150m from a bus stop and supermarket. It's set on a side street, just off the main road, and the beach is around 250m away--so you couldn't ask for a better location in Agia Marina unless a sea view is important to you. The bed was amazingly comfortable--I think it was a cocomat mattress and topper, which I've slept on in nanother apartment in Crete and can highly recommend, unless you only like a firm mattress. The sofas, too, were exceptionally comfortable. I assume they can be used as soda beds as the garden seating accommodates four people. They were more comfortable than most of the beds I've slept in while on holiday in Crete in various places. The garden was a lovely place to relax in the evening, and for my toddler son to play. It was well furnished and peaceful. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and well designed, with great lighting and a nice three way shower. Lots of welcome gifts were provided, from beer, water and biscuits to coffee, sugar, salt and and olive oil. And my room was ready two hours early which was very helpful. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime which was great for evenings in and for my toddler.

The kitchen, despite having room for a small oven with hobs on top, only has a one ring hob, so cooking isn't easy. There's no sink in the bathroom so you have to use the kitchen sink instead.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week. The apartment was super well located, clean, modern, comfortable and roomy. Matina and Anna were very good communicators, hospitable, friendly and easy going. I can't recommend this property enough.
