Please inform Camping Les Framboiseilles in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer or cheque. The property will contact you directly to organise these details. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that guests staying in a chalet can bring their own bed linen or towels or rent them on site at the following extra costs: - EUR 12 for a bed linen kit for 2 people - EUR 10 for a bed linen kit for 1 person - EUR 7 per towel kit per person - EUR 2 per bath mat - EUR 8 for a baby cot - EUR 5 for a highchair or a booster seat Please note that for Empty lots the electricity is available for an extra fee of 5 EUR.
