Comfort Inn White House

Very clean and comfortable. This was our third stay and we'll stay again. The only complaints were the room smelled very strongly of either cleaning products or bug spray, but ended up buying air freshener. Also, the toilet bowl refill was a trickle of water and I mean a trickle. Took some time to refill. I did let them know of both when we checked out.

Hotel was extremely clean. The lobby, the hallway, the room...all were spotless. Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the TV worked. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean and there was a nice selection of hot and cold items. The only issue we had was nothing the Hotel has any control over...Google Maps could not find the hotel. We drove around the exit and were able to see it after a few minutes

The breakfast buffet was scary. The sausage in the serving tray had something slimy on it and it did not look appropriate to eat.

easy access, no congestion

Only probrem we had was we stayed there because it was close to grandchildren and they have indoor pool which when we took them swimming was told they weren't allowed to swim because they were visiters.

Nice hotel, good price

Staff was not friendly during check in and during our stay.

Was trying to be polite and make management aware that there was a stain on the corner of the pillow case and the corner of the bed that looked like an old bed stain. The manager said that he and his wife cleaned that room and that it wasn’t there before and I said well yes it was. Manager very unprofessional and even proceeded to follow me out to my car to keep saying that it wasn’t there before we stayed in the room, i kept my cool and said well it was, you must have missed it, I wasn’t wanting anything from him, was just trying to make him aware that it was there. Won’t ever stay there again, my fault, should have stayed at the holiday inn express next door.

The air conditioner made loud noises and would not blow out much air. The mattress was pretty hard.

Very clean and nice with friendly management.
