The Vanderbilt Hotel Suites

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and everything was amazing. Clean and classy. staff was also extremely nice and accommodating

We had no heat in our room. If you turned it on, it sounded like there was a motorcycle in the room. This was a birthday and Christmas present for my fiancé. I was so embarrassed by this hotel they refused to do anything to help us. They said there were no other rooms in the hotel, which may have been true. They didn’t offer a portable heater. They said they didn’t have any no extra blankets. No nothing it was freezing. We came from Florida to New York City or Long Island. Excuse me and it was just a nightmare. I cannot believe I chose this hotel based on the reviews. They supposedly had somebody come by to fix the heater and it did get better, but I have a video of it making the same noise again.

New facilities, big room, very clean.

The ceiling was leaking at night and we complained they said they would send someone in the morning to take a look. By the time we woke up the entire place was flooded. They promised us a refund and we are still waiting!

The hotel was super clean, beautiful the furniture was modern and gorgeous, the personnel, so professional. I just enjoy my stay it's a beautiful hotel.

Great hotel, just need to ensure no spiders are in the rooms. Get an exterminator from time to time.

It was very nice but they need a restaurant with longer hours.
