The Balcony BnB

Very kind and helpful staff and good amenities! We could use the kitchen downstairs to cook for our kid. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite clean. We did not like the house dogs. They were okay most of the time, but one of the dogs kept barking at us and once another of the dogs growled at us. The housekeepers were good at shooing them away.

Overall, we felt this was a great place, offering a peaceful atmosphere while being close to accessible spots like Ta Nung, Doi Che Cau Dat, and more—all easily reachable by bike! They also have a lovely bar and excellent service!

The room was cozy, and the upstairs porch offered lovely views.

They have motorcycle rent and the house keeper is very nice, we were given freshly avocado picked from the tree

So comfy homestay. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Very good owner, helps us for many questions. On the first floor you can buy some drinks and snacks, also they have a big kitchen you can use to. The great location close to everything.

The place is nice as described we enjoyed staying there. The host is not at home but you can always text her and she always reply back as quickly as possible, I'm so impressed. Although the staff at home can't speak good English so it's hard for us to understand each other and we felt some attitude from her but we are all human after all. All understandable and I'd give it a 5/5 anyway. But for real, the host is really helpful always help me out and organized the bus back to hotel for us as well.

All of host are kind including puppies. The house is beautiful and very good for rest.

The room was good, and there were nice views from the porch upstairs.
