require sun loungers at the beach . around the pool the staff did not get the sun loungers in out of the rain so returning to the pool every thing was wet to sit on
MYHad a great stay at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah. The highlight was getting a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. Truly appreciated and it made the experience even more special. The view was amazing, especially during sunset. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast spread was good and location is quiet yet still close to Cenang. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

It's not really something negative but the Hotel has an open air concept which you either like it or not. So, no airconditioning at the lobby, hallways, lifts etc. For 2 nights I kind of liked it actuallay but for longer stay I wouldn't prefer this. My suggestion to the Hotel is to place some ventilators at the lobby. We had a bad luck that a Tokay Gecko lizard was somewhere in the walls just outside our room and it kept us awake both nights till late night by it's loud croak.
