Room service should be little faster

Food was good

The lienen was not at clean , room was having slipage issue , washroom was not at all clean . This is not the standard of fern hotels across India.

Just the name (I booked considering the brand name) and its location which is nearby to City in MIDC area

1. There was no cleanliness, used bedsheets and pillows cover, I asked to changed it, no response and no action was taken. 2. Asked multiple times about the WIFI connectivity, there was no connectivity in the room 3. I requested for early check in (1 hour early - 1 PM) and they confirmed that it will be possible however I reached 30 mins early (1:30 PM) to actual check in but when we reached they said we need to wait for 30 mins for check in time which is a regular check in time at 2 PM. 4. While we do the online registration, they still needs documentation formalities over there again so its a waste of time again. 5. They have showed that they have 24 hr service for restaurants, at 11 PM I asked for coffee however they was already closed for the day, not sure why they still shows 24 hr restaurant.
