Cabañas Christophe

Cabanas Christophe was the best place to stay for us mainly for the following reasons. This evaluation is based on our experience which we have traveled more than 80 countries. 1. The best location. Located in the southwest of the island, we were impressed by the sunset on the sea from the accommodation. 2. Sense of cleanliness. After checking out, we spent time on the balcony until the flight. We saw the owners taking the time to carefully clean the room where we stayed. 3. Good facilities such as functional baths and kitchens Above all, it is the great hospitality of Chistophe and Rosario. We thanked them very much. We strongly recommend to stay in Cabanas and enjoy the tour guided by the owner. Christophe est venu nous accueillir à l'aéroport avec des colliers de fleurs. C'était une très agréable surprise. Il nous a fait un tour de ville ce qui donne déjà un aperçu du lieu. Le logement se trouve un peu à l'écart du centre mais on peut se déplacer sans problème à pied. Les ingrédients pour le petit-déjeuner sont disponible dans le frigo (beurre, confiture) et du Nescafé. Nous avons très bien dormi pendant les quatre nuits. A proximité on peut accéder au bord rocheux de la mer et prendre des images spectaculaires des couchers du soleil.

Amenities (which include a washer!) and the very friendly owner who brought us fresh bread and juice every morning. We loved the fact that the owner is also a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide and offered us the option to hire him. We found that renting a car from him directly was convenient and very affordable.

Wszystko ;-) Bardzo przyjaźni gospodarze, pan Christophe i pani Rosario. Pan Christophe odebrał nas z lotniska w dniu przylotu i odwiózł z powrotem w dniu wylotu. Jest świetnym przewodnikiem po Wyspie Wielkanocnej - zorganizował nam wspaniałą 2-dniową wycieczkę po Rapa Nui (w tym oglądanie wschodu słońca nad Tongariki), zapewnił i prowadził swój samochód. Polecił nam dobrą restaurację w Hanga Roa: MooRea - specjalność: ceviche i sushi. Zawiózł nas też do supermarketu, gdzie kupiliśmy żywność i napoje. Gospodarze zapewniają własne pieczywo, do tego w kuchni domku: masło, dżem, kawę, herbatę, wodę i sok w karafce. Spaliśmy w 4 osoby w domku 5-osobowym: 2 pokoje 2-osobowe + salon z kanapą, aneksem kuchennym (kuchenka, zlew, lodówka, duży stół z krzesłami) + pralka (wielki plus !). Pokoje czyste, wygodna łazienka z prysznicem i toaletą. Piękny ogród z tropikalną roślinnością (m.in. drzewa bananowe). W nocy piękne niebo z gwiazdozbiorami widocznymi na półkuli południowej. Gorąco polecamy. Merci beaucoup !

Cabaña amplia y muy bien equipada, cocina con todo lo necesario. Cama muy grande y cómoda. Ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. Los dueños son muy agradables. Sin duda repetiríamos.

El pan que traen para el desayuno está muy bueno, el único "pero" es que el desayuno solo incluye pan, más lo que te dure la mantequilla, melmelada y zumo que solo te dan el primer día.

The room is on second floor, wider than the general hotel. This room has excellent view for 3 sides, 2 face the sea with the special sunset view, and one side inner that can sea lot of stars at night.

Only mosquitos.
