I loved everything about this homestay! It's in a quiet area not far from all restaurants, the wooden house is charming, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are massive and have a separation between the shower and the rest, and most importantly the owners are so kind and helpful! They helped me book an amazing last minute ha giang tour, offered to help book my return to Hanoi and were overall really responsive and helpful.

The perfect host !!! Very clean and comfy beds! And the host kept my bag during the Ha Giang loop and even offered me to shower and rest free of charge when I came back while I waited for my night bus after the loop. Very helpful and kind I 100% recommend creekside homestay !

Ronin has been amazing, he made our whole trip sensational with local tips. He was very accommodating for a late check in and stored our bags whilst we were doing the loop. After we had a few issues with dates, he managed to get in touch with booking.com to make changes for us to our reservation. Our trip wouldn't have been the same if we didn't meet Ronin. We can't wait to come back to Ha Giang and stay with him again.

One of the most helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very kind, accommodating, flexible, and communicative. We arrived after 1:30 AM because our incoming bus was late, and he greeted us as soon as we arrived and checked us in. The room was spacious and clean with a huge bed. It’s walking distance to the city center and many good restaurants. The next day, we were looking for a Ha Giang loop tour, and he shared the details of a company without pressure on booking it. We decided to do the tour, and he easily booked it for us. It was a great choice and an incredible 4D/3N tour. We were able to leave our luggage at the homestay and was dropped off and picked up from there. Upon returning from the loop, we were looking for transportation to Sa Pa. The host quickly booked a bus for us at a good price, and we were picked up directly from the homestay. We had a couple hours of downtime before the journey, and he graciously let us use a room to rest and shower while waiting. If you want a homestay with the ultimate experience of hospitality, I 100% recommend this place!

This was an amazing place to stay!! The room was SO big and comfortable-I booked the King room and it felt luxurious. It was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed on my trip so far. Anh was so sweet and helped me book my bus along with giving me and some other guests a durian cake to try. I would absolutely love to stay again!

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff! The rooms are freshly renovated, very cozy and clean. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hot water was working well and the bathroom was very modern. The location is great as well, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, but it's not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. You can also have dinner there which is very delicious with lots of different options (also for vegetarians!). They booked our transport to cao Bang for us and we could store our bags there while we were doing the loop. Communication is working really well as well!

We didn't mind it at all, just to know they are still renovating the place but everything is working perfectly.

The host could not have been more friendly and helpful. He suggested doing the Ha Giang loop which meant we stayed less time with him. He organised everything for us and everything worked seamlessly.
