The moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Their warmth and attentiveness added a special touch to our stay. The ambiance was so calming, with the resort nestled amidst lush greenery and offering plenty of spots to relax specially by restaurant and balcony with spectacular view. It’s the perfect destination for relaxation and nature exploration. I’ll cherish my time here! We'll surely comeback.

I recently stayed at this mountain resort and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was smooth. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The resort's ambiance was exeptional. Surrounded by nature, it offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Whether it was enjoying the mountain air, the lush greenery, or simply soaking at the pool in the peaceful environment, every moment was lovely. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. It’s a gem I would gladly visit again! Location is superb, just what we needed for a quiet and relaxing stay. It was quite handy as we have a car to get around from and to the hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Ordered meals were served cold. Nevertheless, they were tasty.

Hot water heater broken, made showering difficult, and pool had no heater.

The location is perfect for meditation- cold , quiet, away from people but not really too far from the center. The staff- very accommodating and welcoming. Wi-fi. Comfy bed and pillows. Food. No corkage bringing few food and drinks.

Could have been nicer if the kawa bath and breakfast by the pool would not cost extra. For the clouts. 😜

The location is nice and the stuff is very helpful and friendly, very caring, the experience of service was very satisfying.

We experienced few inconveniences during the stay: first day no hot water, many insects, and the property is requiring some renewal, especially towels.

The staff where all very respectful and so easy to approach thanks 😊

I would like to suggest since we are tourist coming for a good sleep and of course food but what if in the middle of the nigth we get hungry since they close at 7:30 imagine until 7 again thays 12 hours to have breakfast we usually have in between snacks at night when we travel and no food not even chips or anything to satisfy your little bit of being hungry we live eating that's why cuz we were expecting it's a hotel so 24 goyts room service is available thanks 😊

Location and facilities is excellent, all staff are friendly,approachable and helpful.

Mosquitoes at night

Located at the higher elevations of Hibok-Hibok, making it really an effort to go to, but this is well compensated by the spectacular view of both the sea and the peak. Wifi is dependable. Included is the breakfast although we opt to have both coffee and meals upgraded (at minimal cost). Overall, the setting, the room, the food and service makes it worth staying in this Camiguin volcano resort.

A not so good service experience was when I have to ask for the menu THREE TIMES.
