Food good but overpriced, place is beautiful but it seems like management doesn't care enough to maintain it properly; room beside ours has karaoke and I booked the place specifically to have a peaceful experience

Overall the place is really nice: Confortable and with an amazing view. Second time we come and we will come back again.

Maintenance needs to be done properly to check that everything is working and respects hotel standards.

First, I would like to say the staff, especially Malou, Gretchen, Ian, Drexel, and Loretto, were really great. They took good care of us there. We were a party of 16 people with 6 kids ages 15 and down. The staff is very, very accommodating and very nice. I am very grateful for that. Also the food is very delicious. Between the staff and the food, those are the resorts' best strength. Now, the reason for my 4 stars for the room is pretty much because the things that could have been done to just keep a better maintenance would add up to the experience. The water shower heater keeps dying, maybe because the place itself probably can't handle too many people at one time. The resort only has 10 rooms. We took about 5 on our stay. Maybe the owners or management can try and fix that, especially if they want to have more people going there. The rooms are also very small, really perfect for just 2 people, two tiny people to be comfortable. Also, the bathroom is too big and could have been cut down to give more room for the bedroom itself. Also, the main dining room can benefit from a few ceiling fans for the bugs and mosquitoes. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay at Bintana. Thank you to all the people there who took great care of us.

Size of room is small, feels old and unkempt, some overgrown landscaping and dispute on the land that we had to walk from the main road to the resort but it's a very short hike through a farm 2-3mins only.

The place is very nice. The view is great! Their food is delicious too.

The area where you can park is quite far. I hope they can solve that soon.

Undeniable that the view is beautiful - in fact it’s what got me to book, they got me. The staff were friendly and frankly that’s about all I have to report.

I wish the view was enough to over look the sewer smelling bathroom or the brown out lasting 30 minutes before having to ask if they’ll start the generator only to have to wait another 10 (which in the end only powered lights and power points). Safe to say it got hot quick (for the night) as there were no fly mesh on any windows to allow any sort of draft without letting bugs in. This along with having to walk 5 minutes from where you park and waiting 30 minutes for a single serve garden salad to be prepared - unfortunately brought us to the conclusion that we stayed two nights too long. We ended up leaving early before the third night of events had the chance to begin. I hope they can make some improvements because as I stated, the view is lovely. However, you could also drive and look at the view and then go stay in a much more relaxing resort. Camiguin is beautiful, staying on the island somewhere is the right choice.
