City North Apartments

The hosts moved us promptly when sent photos of the concerned areas.

The apartment was unacceptably dirty. There was a lack of crockery, utensils. There was really no city view. The apartment is up three flights of stairs above a barbers shop in an area ofa lot of graffiti. The photos were not representative of the current state of the property at all. Lack of bedroom furniture.

Close to city centre and very easy to get transport nice location.

Its very clean very comfortable big living room with all facilities. Nice bedroom size. Very good location. Will stay agin. Highly recommended

The apartment was clean and presented to a high standard.

Wasn't aware of how many stairs there were to reach our apartment ad I have movement issues found it a little difficult to manage.

The entrance hall smells of urine, the apartment had smell of smokeing and lingered on bed sofa bed ,no bulb in main bedroom and smelled of mould,small bedroom locker and lamp opposite of bed not a 4 star as advertises

Keine Kommunikation zum Check-In vor Anreise. Erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking.com war Check-In möglich. Angegebe Telefonnummern am Apartment sind nicht gültig. In der Nacht musste die Polizei kommen, da fremde Leute im Haus waren, die an der Haus-/ und Wohnungstür randaliert haben und sich Zugang verschaffen wollten. Deshalb sind wir nach der ersten Nacht(von drei geplanten Nächten)in ein Booking.com- Hotel abgereist und haben den Eigentümer darüber informiert. Bis heute gibt es trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung keine persönliche Kontaktaufnahme und keinerlei Rückerstattung der Kosten. Wir raten dringend von der Buchung ab!
