Perfect. One of the most relaxing places I have ever been. Carlos took care of our every need. Even giving me suggestions on walking routes. The cottage was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need .

The house is fantastic, very comfortable, spacious, and in an extraordinarily beautiful location with panoramic views of the valley below. You can pull your car right up to the house which is very nice. Our host was perfect: friendly, knowledgeable, and available for help (which we didn't need much of at all). The bathroom and shower were excellent, as was our bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a full meal. The surrounding area is beautiful and especially the "derhesas" (pastures of oak trees) so special to this part of the world. Seville is an easy one-hour drive away. Highly recommended.

The possibility that Las Tobas might be booked the next time we want to come!!!

Our stay at Las Tobas was great. We stayed for 5 nights. The host was very kind upon our arrival and always responded to our questions via WhatsApp. The house was spacious, the shared pool (3 houses) was great, clean and each house had their specific sunbeds so it was organized. It's a very calm place, ideal for relaxing!

Although the tap water is potable (i think), the host advised us upon arrival that it was not very good, and recommended bottled water. The host provided us with a bottle but it would be useful to know beforehand. Also, not directly related to the property but there's a small supermarket and some restaurants/snack bars in the center, but we found that the opening/closing times were a little unpredictable, specially during the holidays/festive dates.

Las Tobas casas rurales has three extremely well built, comfortable two bedroom single storey holiday gites for rent, all with some of the best views I've seen in Andalusia (and I go at least once a year to explore and satisfy my bird watching obsession). They're very private and incredibly well appointed with everything you could want from a home from home. Our host Amparo and her husband were kindness itself, incredibly friendly and informative. Couldn't ask for nicer hosts. The location is perfect for nature watching, walking, photography with many fabulous hill top towns (Alajar, Almonaster la Real etc) nearby, and the extraordinary caves in Aracena (lovely town). The whole area is famous for its delicious produce (iberico jamon, honey, cheese etc). Amparo even sells her own unprocessed honey in reception; I have never tasted anything like it! 5* :-) The night skies here are fabulous - very dark and so many stars. We sat on the gravel terrace every night, just staring into space. There are shaded areas, outside eating area, deck chairs, a log fire for colder evenings as well as air conditioning. There is a swimming pool for guests to use which looked very inviting but as it was April we didn't try it (despite it being 30 degrees). I can't wait to go back.

Exceptionally clean in a beautiful tranquil location, everything was perfect!

Nothing I didn’t like but be aware there is no oven, there is a hob, a microwave and a barbecue which was perfect for our stay.
