Recepcionist were so nice and helpful

The bed linen was dirty, stained and hairy. The cleaning ladies were shouting and laughing at the door all morning, preventing us from sleeping. Someone opened the door to the room while we were sleeping and looked in. When we checked out, they tried to charge 10,000 for a bottle of water that we didn't drink. We weren't warned that water and noodles in the room were extra. When we checked in, they didn't give us 6,000 change and didn't take it into account when paying for water. In 3 months of traveling around Vietnam, this was the worst hotel.

In the past 15 years, this is the first time I have encountered the worst receptionist girl. I booked a standard double room with window, 20m2 wide. $255,000 VND. But they only gave me a room of 10m2 wide. The small window near the wall can only open 20cm, a lot of cigarette dust. It smells musty, No air conditioning. The air is so stuffy that I have to open the door while sleeping, opposite the door is the toilet. This is a hotel worse than a motel. I will never dare to go to PHU THO Hotel again.

Good location, nice staff

예약 관리가 미흡한듯 하고 바우처제시했더니 영어바우처 요구하고 첫인상 안좋고 경제적이지만 침대시트 교환은 없는듯 물도 직원에게 요구하면 주고 컵라면 비용도 요구함.
