"Excellent location, staff and food, rooms are in need of renovation!"

Staff are amazing, they are doing their best to keep the guests happy. The chef was quite flexible in cooking non spicy dishes.

The heater we had in the room was not enough for the low temperatures we have experienced. Furniture in the room has seen better times, needs to be replaced.

"Best place to stay in Ranthambore."

I was purely on vacation mode, however they didn’t made me feel like that. It was a family stay for me and my family. Overwhelming gesture from Resort team. Mr Pankaj Sharma (GM resort) was personally managing everything, meeting everyone personally and attending the needs. Mr Pramod Rathore was another support. At the last and critical times, he manage two Safaris for me. Food is a plus, property is amazing. Not much to say but to experiment. Thank u Sharma Ji.

The behaviour of the staff is excellent. Pool is well maintained. Room cleanliness and promptness is good.

Food variety should be little better. Non veg dishes are usually minimal and in continental style. Some Indian dishes like laal maas or dal bati could be served.
