We stayed at Commander Lodge for two non-consecutive nights, before and after our jungle tour with OxalisTour. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the swimming pool available for guests is also very nice. The staff was extremely kind — they allowed us to check in early at 7 a.m. after a sleepless night on a dreadful sleeping bus, washed our clothes and shoes very quickly on both occasions, and even contacted a scooter rental for us so we could explore Phong Nha. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Phong Nha for one or more nights.

The staff was very very friendly. We arrived super early and the room was already ready for us.

Chỗ nghỉ với tiện nghi vừa đủ và sạch sẽ, phù hợp với mục đích nghỉ buổi tối chính, ban ngày đi chơi nhiều. Chỗ nghỉ có cảm giác nhỏ xinh, bài trí khu vực chung đơn giản nhưng rất có gu. Ăn sáng cũng rất vừa phải, nhẹ nhàng.

Very beautiful new place with big swimming pool, many beautiful plants and flowers, nice artistic pictures and paintings on the walls, among the nicest I've stayed in Vietnam! The area is nicer than those of the main town where other hotels are concentrated, it is more quiet with a nice view on the river and boats, especially great during the sunset. I booked a shared room and had the luck of having it all for me, it was very clean, with a big modern shower and big terrace outside with view on mountains. The breakfast was good, the staff kind, I could take a shower and swim in the swimming pool after my checkout, so appreciated with the hot weather ^^
