wonderful place, hospitable owners ready to meet all needs, very clean. THe location was excellent, perfectly connected to all interesting locations.

La struttura e la posizione immersa nel verde e nel silenzio...

We loved the calmness and the beautiful old villa, the gardens and the pool, trees around it making it feel so magical like out of a fairytale. We can't recommend it enough! The staff were super polite, friendly and so helpful. Fulvio and Emma made the place even more homely. We highly recommend the wine tasting from the very renowned winery Panizzi which is within the villa and Fulvio the very professional will be there to host it and give you the best wine tasting experience! As for Emma, she welcomed us with kindness, professionalism and most of all with so much information that our stay in San Gimignano was easy and without a care in the world.

There is nothing we didn't like! What we would recommend is that the villa maybe thinks in the direction of opening regular bar service (just wine and cold appetisers-cheese and prosciutto).

Es war herrlich! Wunderschöne Aussicht und Landschaft! Das Personal war sehr herzlich wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! :))
