Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Deluxe Zimmers. Nettes Personal.

Der Boden im Zimmer war reparaturbedürftig. Schade war, dass es kein House Keeping während unseres Aufenthaltes gab. Im Restaurant wurde frisch gekocht, aber das dauerte oft sehr lang, bei begrenzter Auswahl.

The location is as in other reviews - close to everything you need but far enough to be quiet - in one word - perfect. About 30min to airport. Staff friendly, made us earlier breakfast.

In my opinion this is a 3 star hotel. Everything is okay here but the rooms could get some updates, especially painting. The pool is literally 1m from the restaurants tables, so those eating are watching those swimming or relaxing by the pool.

Ruhige Lage, nicht sehr weit zum Strand, saubere Zimmer und nettes Personal. Perfekt um nach oder vor dem Flug 1-2 Tage zu entspannen.

Fueron muy amables. La piscina es genial . La habitación es enorme, igual q el lavabo.

Por decir algo la habitación podría estar un poco más limpia.

Got a very good last-minute deal, we needed a place for our last afternoon and a place to shower and sleep a few hours before leaving for the airport (our flight was at 4am). This place was convenient for this purpose, walking distance to Negombo beach, has a nice swimming pool, and is located right next to very good restaurant “Salt”. They booked a taxi for us at 1am, took 20 min to CMB airport and cost 5000 LKR.

We had 2 rooms, one if them had humidity issues. Wasn’t a big deal as we were only staying a few hours.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was big and comfortable. Also the room was spacious and we really liked the bathtub. Breakfast was tasty as well.

There were quite a few cracks on the flooring and the toilet had some difficulties filling up the water after flushing. In the bathroom there were small ants on top of the mirror.
