Daffodils Beach Negombo

Nice staff and room. Very good breakfast.

Front doors locked at 6.20 am when waiting for taxi. No staff apparent. No clear fire escape. And anxious about getting out to get taxi. Also area is terrible. Dirty beach and no hoper tourist cafes. Tuk tuk to old town is worth doing, indeed essential, it takes 15 minutes but apart from a few cafes there is little in Negombo. Best avoided.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, prepared for us, so all fresh, and hot. Only negative,was no fridge. There was no lift, but they carried our suitcases up, and we don't mind stairs.

Charming staff, very helpful, gave good advice on restaurants. Great breakfast. Lovely spacious room. Bottled water every day, drink making facilities. Easy walk to the bustling main street and beach. Loads of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk.

Misled by Booking.com that the room would overlook pool. Small balcony with no chairs.

The location is very good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities are great and no issues check-in even though our flight was delayed by almost 4 hours and we arrived 4:30 A.M.
