Great setting, Wonderful place, Staff so welcoming and greet you with a big smile 😊, Nothing is too much trouble to them, So accommodating in all departments, The hotel is beautiful, Rooms are amazing, The assistant Manger ( Racheal ) so so welcoming, Happy and polite, Fantastic customer service. I strongly recommend this place if you need to get away not far from Stratford upon Avon

Lovely room, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Fridge would have been nice, and water/ glasses should be provided. Tasty food. Staff helpful. Nothing negative to say.

The food and accommodation is of a high standard and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This is our third visit and we will come again.

We stayed for 4 nights and our first time at Arrow Mill. Well there isn't many places I've stayed that I could give 5 stars but Arrow Mill I can, from the great staff who couldn't do enough for you, great food, amazing room,,. Everything is spotless clean. Thank you Peter and staff for a lovely time..👌👌

Beautifully refurbished rooms, in a picturesque setting. The food is delicious in the restaurant. Love love love, the old English feel. Staff are helpful! Had a great few days get away! Highly recommended!
