Mabuhay Thresher Dive Resort

Great room, bathrooms and showers were great, close proximity to everything. Staff were pleasent and helpful accomodating most requests, even a bag of washing while I was diving one day.

There was nothing I could really fault of this place.

The beds were comfortable

The bathroom was dirty, the sink leaked and the tap didn’t go into the sink. The hanging space had no rail for clothes, the electrical sockets was hanging off the wall. There was supposed to be a tv, there wasn’t one. The workers started playing heavy metal music one morning at 6am very kindly from two massive speakers

Location. Beach front. Staff is very accommodating. My sister went scuba diving with them and was offered discount since we are their guests.

TV is broken. Toilet door knob is broken.

They were unfriendly and absolute not welcoming. Management texted on FB in case I want to stay longer but THIS PRRSON never showed up. Disorganized and only money oriented!

The location was right on a nice strip of beach. Close to dive shops and very good restaurants.

This is not a dive resort. I messaged roughly two weeks before to inquire about dive prices (and received a price breakdown) and then show up and find out no diving is available. The staff just laughed and said oh no diving. Very questionable and I think they only edited a nearby dive shops price sheet to keep my booking. The staff there were also very unfriendly and would often ignore us. This location seems better suited to the local clients as they did not seem interested in tourists at all. We will definitely pass on this accommodation and book with an actual tourist friendly dive resort.

Friendly staff. We asked for a few stuffs like hair dryer, hot water and they made it readily available for us. They have a lot of cute dogsss. I miss one of the dog named Galaxy!
