Stylish Penthouse Suite

Second time we’ve stayed at the apartment and it was great. Kitchen well kitted out and spotless rooms throughout. Spacious rooms and secure parking for 2 cars with lift directly from the garage. Excellent communications with Richard and his wife who met us at the apartment. 10 min walk to the tram. Loads of great pubs and restaurants around about and an asda.

Nothing… will definitely be back.

The car parking facilities and the lay out of the apartment were excellent. Unfortunately the storm isha was raging and the noise on the roof was unbearable resulting in a sleepless night. Hard to imagine but it sounded like a heavy wardrobe being pushed over and dragged all night 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ The plus side was beds were comfy but the pillows not, the kitchen was well equipped except for no tea towels.

Spacious- 3 generous bedrooms, master with ensuite. Quiet building with lift. Great value for money. Host met us at the unit and was very friendly and welcoming. Enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies also supplied. Beds and lounge were comfortable. Strong fast wifi. Effective heating. Washer/dryer that works well. Close to bus stop for number 11 bus, which takes you to Princes Street. Would definitely stay again.

Spaces on the tired side, loose tiles in ensuite, no exhaust fans in bathrooms.

We could not stay - forever! lol!

Big room, nice bed, big kitchen(even with a cute christmas tree),TV. have washing machine, laundry, heater, I will say is very good and very comfortable place to stay in. the location is kind of far fron the center, but easy to get on transportation, and around also have a 24hr supermarket (ASDA). the staff is really nice and helpful(except for the cold shower part). Overall the experience is really nice. Will highly recommend.

we are 5 people going on a new year trip, but first night,in the middle of the third person shower, the water trun freezing cold, we wait till the next morning, but didn't get better at all. Same situation for the next day. And I will say not fully because of the cold shower, but some of our cold get even worse, so we can't stop sneezing, coughing and even lose our voice, which is not really an expected way for celebrating New year. We ask the staff about the situation, he did give some advices, but doesn't really work out, and we didn't received any apologies, or refund, which is kind of a pity for the whole trip.

the location was excellent with great views and transportation was never a problem. the agent was very helpful also, he accommodated all our needs and kept us updated for any changes.
