Расположение идеальное, всё рядом. Номера чистые, свежие, видно, что за ними хорошо следят. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный, сервис на высоком уровне. Отдельная благодарность Жарасу, помог со всеми вопросами быстро. Обязательно вернусь снова.

Понравилось размещение и быстро заселили очень приветливый персонал всегда на месте завтраки очень вкусные и каждый день разные есть выбор каждый день убирались смена принадлежности вода сколько тебе нужно молодцы

Немного огорчило вопрос горячей воды это по всей Алматы так немножко надо ждать чтобы пришла горячая вода а так всё супер

Great location, room is clean, stuffs are friendly!

There was an issue with my late checkout request when the reception lady forgot to choose this option and later on the stuff asked me to leave the room at 16.30 instead of 18.00 as what I have been informed previously. However, they managed to sort it out. So I was happy at the end. There is no elevator so someone with huge bags would struggle to carry them on to the third floor.
