Really nice and comfortable place

Modern and comfortable condominium in Moab. Nice big kitchen with good appliances. Cozy bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 and a half bathrooms. Great for longer visits / day time resting as well with a large open concept family room + dining room + kitchen. Hosts were very responsive via messaging as well. Easy to access unit via door code.

Booking.com / the posting gave us the wrong address. Weak cellphone signal made finding the correct address more difficult in the dark. Was the correct neighbourhood, but wrong street. Since this is in a residential area, you'll need to pay attention to the addresses as all of the units look the same.

Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and nice to have a bbq grill and table outside. Pool was nice too.

Could use some maintenance and a good cleaning. Lots of little charges but then you still have to strip beds, take out the trash, run dishes and then still top cleaners. Manager was responsive when there was no pool key at unit.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, great air conditioning, nice hot tub, quiet neighbourhood! My son enjoyed the hammock

The only thing I would recommend and it is not a big deal is that there would be towels specifically for the hot tub.

The townhome was very clean and spacious, a nice retreat after long days in the nearby parks.

This condo was perfect for a stay in Moab! It was a few miles out of town but it was in a convenient, beautiful location. The hot tub was AMAZING! It was just what we needed after long days of hiking!

There were only 6 towels for the 6 of us--it would have been nice if there was another set of towels or a set of pools for the hot tub.

Unit 14A3 was perfect for our needs. Each of the 2 bedrooms had a king bed (very comfortable!) and 1 had a set of bunk beds for the 2 kids in our party. The kitchen and bath were well stocked with all the essentials. Especially appreciated the insta pot and the gas grill. We all enjoyed the private hot tub (nice and hot and clean) and the warm community pool. The unit was clean, decorated nicely and well maintained. We had a problem with the hot water but the management was quick to rectify the problem.

The fry pans could be replaced. It would be nice to have a pair of scissors. The knives were a bit dull. It is located outside of Moab so the distance to town and Arches National Park was a bit farther but not a deal breaker.

Very nice big space and close to the attractions we wanted to see. The hot tub on the back porch was awesome after a long day of trails.
