The staff were very slow to check us in, partly because the same staff who check you in were running the attached restaurant. Upon check-in, t ey reported they had no room keys available and forced me to download an app to open the lock wirelessly, which never actually worked. They eventually found extra keys and got us in. The room was great and the staff were very apologetic, but it was a rough start to our stay.

Very nice lodge in Sumas. Room warmed up quickly once we turned the heat on. We arrived after the lobby had closed but the receptionist called me earlier to give me instructions on finding the key and other details. Room was very comfortable as was bed. Nice showers. Great hot water. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. Reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again. Pictures on the walls were a really nice touch.
Atmosphere
Hubby n I like to explore new places, eat at small local places. The lodge being above Bob’s Burger n Brew was perfect tho. Loved exploring Lynden then coming back to our reasonable priced jacuzzi suite to chill for the evening…after an adult beverage and snack at Bob’s downstairs ♥️ The tower with the 180’ view is fun 🤩
We found the place last year and came back. Close to Canada, about an hour from Vancouver BC and a short trip to Mt. Baker. We ate at the attached restaurant”Bob’s” and every meal was good. Super nice staff and the owners are very involved.
Always a pleasure staying here. From the road it doesn't seem it will be restful. But, the rooms are charming, the tub is divine, and the food is consistently great.
This is our favorite place to go. We call it our home away from home. We’ve stayed in all the jacuzzi rooms and love them all. They have Friendly staff, the bed is comfortable, we love the tub and fireplace. It’s small which we enjoy. The food at the restaurant is so yummy too! I added pictures from two different rooms we have stayed.
It was a good stay, my room was comfortable, but not updated with sufficient electrical outlets, usb ports, and microwave, etc.
